Coriander Lemon Detox Drink

Ingredients

  • Fresh coriander leaves: ½ cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger: 1 small piece, grated
  • Honey (optional): 1 teaspoon
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Cumin powder: a pinch (optional)
  • Salt: a pinch (optional)

Preparation

Wash the fresh coriander leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.

In a blender, add the chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, lemon juice, honey (if using), and cumin powder.

Add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.

Strain the drink to remove the pulp (optional).

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Add a pinch of salt for extra flavor, if desired.

Serving size: 2 serving

Notes

  • Coriander leaves have detoxifying properties and help cleanse the digestive system.
  • Lemon adds vitamin C and helps boost metabolism.
  • You can drink this detox water on an empty stomach in the morning or during the day to stay refreshed.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, you can also add a pinch of black pepper.
