De-Bloat tea

Ingredients:

  • Chamomile Tea (Loose) – 1 pinch or 1 gram
  • Water – 300 ml RO purified
  • Whole Green Cardamom (seeded) – 1/2 crushed
  • Ginger – 1/2 tsp (2-3 grams) grated
  • Fennel Seed – 1 tsp
  • Mint Leaf – 4 to 5

Instructions:

This recipe will make 1 cup of De-Bloat Tea.

Take 300 ml RO Purified Water and pour it into a saucepan.

Bring the water to a boil on medium flame.

Add chamomile tea, green cardamom, ginger, fennel seeds, and mint leaves to the water and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Strain it in a cup and sip slowly. Enjoy!

Note- 1. Take it twice a day for good results.

2. Don’t Consume it at boiling temperatures nor Consume it cold. Taking it at an adequate room temperature is recommended.
